About the Role

• Lead and organise video teams to ideate, script and produce organic and sponsored work that fits the brand and our client needs.
• Provide guidance and appropriate feedback on the day-to-day work with a desire to help the team succeed.
• Work with Accounts and Production leads to manage timelines and delivery of video content.
• Manage the progression, promotions and welfare of the video teams.
• Work together with content leads to review content data and optimise for future work.
• Co-lead special projects, such as pitches and marketing campaigns.


  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in a creative role in Social Media and/or Advertising.

  • Have a flair for storytelling, presentation and communication skills to sell ideas to clients.

  • Are passionate about social media and mastering content creation for brands.

  • Always have a finger on the pulse for all things Singaporean.

  • Are a creative thinker with a wicked sense of humour.

  • Have a desire to grow and guide younger creatives.

  • Love to have fun, seriously.

  • Have a proven record of leading small working teams.

  • Have a positive attitude that fosters team success and believe that greatness happens only when people with different skills and perspectives work together.

The Creative Manager for Videos is a key individual who will oversee SGAG’s video teams with a lens of lending expertise in the area of branded content. You will work closely with experienced content leads to build up and optimise our video offerings on a sponsored and organic front.
